To start with who we are, we need to talk a little about why we are here. Every business starts with identifying a problem. Bangladesh is moving so fast with the e-commerce industry, but there are still some problems that we feel need to be addressed. The first problem we identified is “Price”. There are many e-commerce websites in our country, yet the same product is being sold at different and higher prices on different sites. The second problem is “Quality”. Since customers do not get the opportunity to check a product in person, it is often found that they are served with low-quality and in some cases, replica products. The last problem we have been able to solve is “Service”. Currently, customers are in the dark when it comes to service. It is very unfortunate that in our country we have not established that every customer has the right to receive after-sales service based on their requirements.
